How We Store and Protect Your Information
Storage and Processing:
All personal information provided to us will be securely stored either in digital format (email, text messages, direct messaging) or physical format (Invoice pads)
All processing of customer information will only be undertaken by Precision Oven Cleaning
How long do we keep and process your information?
Personal information used for invoicing will be kept in accordance with UK Tax Laws, currently this is 6 years.
Diary – All personal information stored in works diary will be stored for 3 years maximum. (1 year of current diary, 2 years in storage for reference)
Once the time limit has passed for each element, all records will be destroyed.
Your Choices about Your Information:
You have the right to request all the information we have about you, this is to make sure the information we have is accurate and up to date and also to request that we delete it, to make a request please either email or write to:
